One of the apartments is a 70 square meter attic and the other two are spacious ground floor flats, which can all host from 2 to 6 people each and are equipped with all the amenities you may need for a comfortable stay: your own private entrance, a fully furnished kitchen with fridge, heating, air conditioning and a washing machine.
